Bunkhouse's product and location were both excellent, but design and execution had produced an uninviting, unattractive space that was operationally impractical.

The new owners decided to do a ground-up renovation, but there was a 6-month gap until they broke ground.

In the meantime, they needed a practical, beautiful design that would allow them to turn a profit in the meantime.

Did someone say practical beauty? ​
The Solution (According to Me):​

We did an "on the fly" functional design to drive step-function revenue growth.....on a budget.
We implemented a "kids area" so busy parents could enjoy a pint with friends while the kids were entertained.

We purchased used-new furniture that was inexpensive, comfortable, mapped to the overall design aesthetic that greatly enhanced customer's desire to...linger.
​
Because Bunkhouse's super-power is its unbelievable craft-beers, we created a strategy to bring the customers "closer to the action" (they brew on-site) to create a more intimate feel. ​

The final product was, a 1,000% increase in revenue, in 1 month, on a 5-figure budget.​
